Josh Brown helped me find my house when I moved to Crawfordville, and 6 1/2 years later, when I moved with my job, I knew just who to call to sell my house. So hard to find such a realtor as Josh! He truly spoiled me because I wished I could find another Josh in the town I moved to!! He handled the whole process, both purchase and selling, with minimum input from me - he knew my expectations, what to look for in home inspections, contracts, offers; in general, about as painless as buying and selling a house can be! The few problems that did arise, I was amazed at his ability and resourcefulness in resolving issues.
Professionalism, dedicated, attention to detail, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about area. He is a true beacon of light for Wakulla County!!
Have you ever looked at your spouse and said, want to sell this home and buy a newer, nicer one? Well I did just that in May of 2015. First step, find a Realtor. My spouse knew Josh from his fundraising activities on charitable committees within the community and we decided to meet with him and discuss our options. He was very knowledgeable of the current market and the advice he gave us was accurate and on point. We listed our home at the end of May and even with the advertising site having issues we had a contract on the home July 4th weekend. Josh then handed us to Sarah, his associate, to assist us in finding our dream home. Sarah worked diligently to find us exactly what we were looking for within our price point. Sarah and Josh then assisted us with closing in a record 14 days. Without their dedication, understanding and knowledge of the market we would not be enjoying our new home today. At the end of the day selling and/or buying a home is a big decision. You have to trust the Realtor helping you and I can say with all certainty you can trust that the staff at Waypoint Properties will always be acting in your best interest.
