But facts and figures can only take you so far, what really sets Josh apart, and his company, is the dedication to providing an unparalleled level of professional service without losing that personal touch of a friend. Josh’s motto is “It’s not just business, it’s personal”, and that rings true throughout the company. He’s different because he genuinely cares about doing quality work and creating long lasting relationships with customers who can count on him to provide excellent service from start to finish with a work ethic that shows his commitment and dedication to customers. He understands that buying and selling homes and land can often be a pressure filled time in his customers lives and works extremely hard to be that person that customers can turn to and count on for sound advice and accurate information. To be that friend in their corner, who understands what they are going through and is there to help because he truly cares about them.
Elaine Gary worked 24 years at The Florida Bar lawyers association where she met her husband Don. She has 3 grown children, and five grandchildren. While raising her children in Tallahassee, Elaine and her family fell in love with Wakulla County once they discovered fishing and scalloping in the Gulf of Mexico, and gathering blue crabs at Mashes Sands. Don and Elaine moved to Wakulla County in the mid 90’s due to their love of the water. Elaine got her real estate license in 2004 when real estate was booming and her broker’s license in 2006 as the market was starting to fall.
Elaine was managing broker for nine plus years in a fellow real estate company when the bottom fell out of the market and was not only able to thrive, but to build the company and its property management division while exceeding her sales goals. In September of 2015 Elaine partnered with Josh Brown in opening Waypoint Properties. Elaine and Josh knew with their high level of ethics and sales experience they would make a great team. Elaine looks forward to working with agents, customers and landlords in “Finding Their Way Home” by using Waypoint Properties for all their real estate needs.
Being a 7th Generation Wakulla County Resident, I have a deep appreciation for small town living. After graduating from Wakulla High School in 2007, I moved away to Lakeland, FL, to attend Southeastern University. My college experience offered me the opportunity to tour the east coast of the United States with a band I had to audition for and represent the University at various Youth Camps. The opportunity to tour was one of the most incredible experiences of my life; however, it left me missing my small town and I became homesick. I returned back to Wakulla County in 2009 and decided to get into Real Estate as an office assistant. It wasn’t until 2013 that I decided to get into the Real Estate Industry full time, as an agent and get my license. Having 11 years’ experience in Real Estate and Office Management, I can truly say I enjoy what I do!
I am a mom to a spunky little girl and love spending my time with family, out doors enjoying the rivers, beaches and trails Wakulla has to offer! I feel abundantly blessed to call Wakulla County my home!
My name is Casey Moser, I have been in the Customer Service industry for roughly 10 years, Property Management making up 5 of those years. I began waiting tables in college and moved along to property management when my husband got promoted to a manager’s position at the restaurant we worked at together. Looking back, I wouldn’t change the career path change I had to endure, as I have always enjoyed meeting and working with different kinds of people. With 3 years of experience under my belt, when the opportunity presented itself 2 years ago to become a Property Manager with Waypoint Properties, I jumped on board. This position is a 24 hour, 7 days a week job, so when I’m not working, I am enjoying my days off with my husband of 4 years and our 2 beautiful girls.
I believe honesty and integrity is the key to being successful. Not just in real estate, but life in general. I’ve made it a top priority to take my clients through the buying and selling process with as much care and diligence as if it were my own personal experience. I want my clients to feel like they know me, trust me, and they know what to expect when they come to me for advice and guidance in this rollercoaster of a real estate world.
I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years, including customer service, property management, marketing and real estate. My favorite part of being a realtor is meeting new people and being a part of their lives while they embark on new real estate journeys.
I am the proud wife of a Veteran Marine pilot and the mother of two beautiful children. I truly love my work, but my real passion is spending time with my family and friends.
I am a 5th generation Wakulla County resident. This is my home and I take pride in growing up here with strong, southern, down home roots. It was in these beaches, rivers, and lakes where I learned to swim and ski, it was on these back roads where I learned to drive and sing, and you know how they say, “it takes a whole village to raise a child”? Wakulla is my village.

I have spent my entire life learning about people and enjoying the experience of helping others achieve their goals. The past 25 years have all been spent in the county that I love, serving the citizens of Wakulla in one of the best school systems in the state of Florida. As a fourth generation Wakulla County resident and a 1980 graduate of Wakulla High School, I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal about our county and I am looking forward to sharing that lifetime of knowledge with folks who need real estate services.
I graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Criminology and Counseling and from Stetson University with a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership. My wife Angie is the HR Director for the Wakulla County School system and both of our sons graduated from Wakulla High School. I have served as a school principal in Wakulla County for all but 5 years of my career which were spent in Volusia and Seminole County. I want to take all of my life experience and put it to work for you, just as I have assisted thousands of students with their life’s journey.
Nicki Beam began her journey into real estate by helping her husband run his local construction company, Erick Beam Construction, which has been building homes in Wakulla and the surrounding counties since 2007. This time spent in the construction industry sparked her interest in real estate, and led her to join the Waypoint Properties team as a Realtor in 2019. In addition to her work in real estate and construction, she also works as a dental hygienist in a local dentist office. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children and her husband.

She then moved to the Appointments office for then Governor Rick Scott, which led to her having the opportunity to become the Executive Assistant to then First Lady of Florida, Ann Scott. After leaving the political world, she decided to pursue getting her real estate license due to her enjoyment of helping people.
Alex and her “high school sweetheart” husband, Ryan, co-owner of Tri-State Demolition, LLC., live in Crawfordville with their son, Easton (5/7/18), and daughter, Austen (10/28/19). I am fourth generation Floridian who has lived in North Florida my entire life. As a young child I spent many hours with my Dad hunting in the pine woodlands and fishing in the lakes and rivers of Leon, Franklin and Wakulla Counties. Through this time spent with my Dad I developed a love and respect for this area and the natural beauty it holds. These experiences as a child have carried over to my favorite pastimes, spending time on our beaches, camping, and fishing. I graduated from Leon High School and attended Gordon Military College and Tallahassee Community College. I served twenty three years in the Florida Army National Guard retiring with the rank of Sergeant First Class. I started in real estate sale in the early 70s. My career spans the entire area of sales, rental, leasing, and development. By joining Waypoint Properties I will be using my many years of experience to assist the people of this area with all their real estate needs.
In 1969 I married the love of my life, Carolyn Cissne Faulk. We are the proud parents of two daughters Bonnie and Amy. Some of their fondest memories are of the time they spent at our home on Alligator Point and the lazy summer days playing on the beach. We have five grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with them camping and visiting the many historic sites in Florida. By doing this we hope to instill an appreciation for the beauty and history our state has to offer.
By combining my years of experience with the full real estate services of Waypoint Properties, I look forward to serving your real estate needs
